We bake our goodies in small batches fresh every morning to insure quality, nutrition and taste instead of gluten-free products loaded with starches, sugar and preservatives. We cook our food fresh every day, right in front of your eyes from our glass-walled kitchen. We have no microwave ovens, heating lamps, semi-finished products, no dyes, flavor-additives, or preservatives. Just good food that's fresh, healthy, and natural.
I drive here from Brampton regularly to stock up on gluten-free baked goods for our family. My husband is a Celiac, but he also wants to experience the joys of delicious baked goods once in a while. Everything here is delicious and the owner is always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions about allergens. We always grab the frozen, sliced sourdough which is perfect for breakfast every morning. Worth the drive into the city!
